Earth Without Art Card EASY

This card requires not much drawing talent. You just need to be able to draw big block letters and maybe simple doodles. 

You'll Need.....

Pencil

Earser

Black marker,sharpie,fine liner ect.

Colouring supplies

Glitter (optional)

Ruler

Paper

1. Fold a piece of paper in half. Then, draw evenly measured lines across the page. I made mine an inch long. You can draw as many lines as you think you need, I drew six. The lines are optional- I drew them so that my letters can be straight. For the cover of this card we'll be writing THE EARTH WITHOUT ART IS JUST "EH"

2. Draw your letters. Make them big and bold and preferably block letters. If you can't draw block letters just write letters then outline them. Space them however you want. Small doodles are optional (earth next to EARTH Art written with paintbrushes ect.) Don't worry too much about earasing the extra lines, you can do that when you outline everything.

3. Finalize- is there anything you want to change? Once you're done, outline everything in bold black, or the colour you're going to colour them. Example: green EARTH = green marker outline. For the finer details in something thinner such as fine liner. Or black pen if you don't have any. That's what I did.

4. Wow! As you can see this is a very easy card as we're already almost done- and only one step four! Now it's time to earse all the extra lines. Again, any last minute details should be added NOW!

5. Colouring time! For this card it'll look great to use BIG, bold colours that stand. Also, chose a theme. My theme is bold, primary-like colours. For this reason I'm going to use pinks,blues,greens,yellows and reds. Rainbow is also eye-cathing plus easy. Now for the background I'm leaving it white. There're two reasons for this. 1. It's easy 2. It draws attention to the words. Another option is to leave it white with simple designs at the edges (ex. Rainbow swirls) or colour it lightly.

6. Almost there! Next just write a message on the inside. If you want, you can draw a mini cartoon on the bottom. Keep to the same colour theme.

7. You're done! Wow, was this tutorial easy! Send this card to your Art teacher, a friend who loves art or just cut off the cover and use it as a poster! Well, see ya next time!

 

Barajou No Kiss Ninafu Drawing Tutorial

Hi! Long time no see/read! Today we'll be drawing Ninafu from the manga Barajou No Kiss. I'm planning to turn it into a birthday card later for my dad. Ninafu is super easy to draw and will do for pretty much any occasion. So let's start!

You'll Need...

A piece of blank paper

This is my rough draft!

Here's the picture we'll be using.

1. Ninafu has a circle head that's a bit like an ovals. 

2. His ears start near the sides of his head and ends around the middle. Draw a straight diagonal line at the start with a outward curved line at the end. Keep in mind that the diagonal line should only lift slightly. Make an outward curved line beginning slightly off the top point.

3. Ninafu has eyes the shape of an oval. Draw the oval with the point slightly facing each other. Position slightly above the middle and near the sides. Draw around the eyes and slightly inside a few times. Look below for a guide.

4. For me, the hardest part of drawing Ninafu is his teeth and head. His mout starts at about the center line. Ninafu has a really large mouth. The width is nearly the width of his entire lower face! When drawing the bottom of his mouth follow the outline of his face.

5. Now it's time for the teeth! D: Start by drawing his upper teeth. Ninafu's teeth are bigger around the middle and larger on the bottom row. Make triangles side by side. For the bottom row, make the teeth larger, place each teeth so that the point is slightly off the point of the upper row.

6. Now it's time for Ninafu's body. Ninafu has a triangle like body. The top of it is about two big teeth wide and the length is about the same as his head. A common mistake I make is making his body too fat. Make sure you don't do this!

7. In my opinion Ninafu's legs are a lot like his ears.We start at the pointy part of his lower body and draw a straight diagonal line. Draw a curved line a little above the end of his body. Do the same for the other leg but curve the bottom line a bit.

8. Before we start drawing his arms, we should draw the cream puff first. Start by drawing an oval-circle. Then draw the triangles that form the bun on the oval-circle. It's best to practice first. Then draw semi-circles facing one direction along part of the bun for the cream. Draw the bottom bun. Just make a line. Look below or the picture far far up.

9. Now faintly draw the cream puff on Ninafu. Then draw arms. From the bottom don't forget his curly tail! Since it's a birthday card I'll be drawing a birthday hat on him. This isn't the end though!

10. Now since Ninafu is a black purple colour, I'll be outlining him in black. Then carefully erase all your useless lines.

11. Colour!

Ninafu Birthday Card

BEFORE MAKING THIS READ BARAJOU NO KISS NINAFU DRAWING HOW TO

You'll need...

A blank piece of paper

Colouring tools 

Pencil

Earser

A black liner

1. Fold your paper in half.

2. Close your card so that the opening faces the right. Mark where you're going to draw Ninafu. This step is very important. I learned the hard way that not marking stuff can be BAD! (;^;)

3. Draw Ninafu. You can find a how-to if you press the Ninafu tag. Or look at the picture below and draw it yourself. Mark where your words are going to be.

4. Line all your important lines of Ninafu with your black liner. I like to out line his mouth (not his teeth!) but it's up to you.  Then if you want to you can lightly erase the unlined lines. I like to do this then outline them by pressing a matching colour pencil crayon. 

5. Colour! Here's my Mini-Guide to colouring Ninafu!

MINI NINAFU COLOURING GUIDE

1. Colour Ninafu lightly with a purple pencil crayon. For the flappy part of the ears colour the purple a shade darker.

2. Colour in with a black pencil crayon. THE BLOGGER NOW RELIZED SHE FORGOT THE WINGS. WINGS WILL NOW BE DRAWN. :D Add more layers if you think it needs to be blacker. I had to get through several layers to get it just right. (;^;)

BACK TO THE POST

6. Now colour the rest! When colouring the cream puff what I did is I coloured diagonally one way then crossed. Then I pressed my pencil crayon a little harder and outlined several of the lines. Finally where one cream puff section meets another I colour the line extra thick and dark while making it lighter one the edges.

7. Lightly draw out your words and decorate the inside.

8. Earase unessecery lines and colour.

I messed up on his eyes. *cries* (;^;)

9. Write down a message and you're done!

Easy To Make Welcome home card

This card is super cute,easy and fast. Perfect for last minute make ups and near disasters.

You'll need...

Paper

Pencil

Earser 

Colouring supplies

1. Fold the paper in half then twist it so that the flap faces you.

2. Draw two Hershey Kisses in whatever pose you want. I personally adore huge anime eyes but you can choose.

3. Write So SWEET on the top and To See You! on the bottom. For an extra pizzaz, add a parade of treats marching around on the bottom.

4. Colour time! If you don't have enough time to do a full colour just outline certain things in bright colours and colour it in with patterns. Glitter glue can be a HUGE time saver. Instead of colouring in small parts, just glitterize! Add when your cards looking drab just add a hint of glitter to spice it up. Not only that, the right glitter glue can be used to create oranate designs.

5. Just write a cute message on the inside, add some glitter and bingo! Perfect for your sweet ones! :)

Little Bird Themed Welcome Card

You'll need...

Pencil

Earser

Paper

Colouring supplies

1. Fold your paper in half.

2. Taking your pencil, write Home Sweet Home. Make Sure to leave a gap between each word. See below for reference.

3. Decorate it between the words with things like flowers. It's easy to change the air of the card. Just change the words and decorations, and bingo! Anything can happen, so experiment!

4. Now draw a birdhouse below everything. You can draw a protruding tree branch where the birdhouse rests. Add any special touch that you think will help.

5. Now on the inside you can draw the two birds meeting or just write a heartfelt message.

6. Colouring time! If you want, you can try the lavender fading effect I did. For the one one on the cover, just do diagonal lines. On the inside do straight lines.

7. Now just add the finishing touches such as glitter, tissue paper, stickers or just outlining everything in black for a bold, dark look.
